Welcome to Simu Store Kenya. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (simustore.co.ke), purchases from our physical store, and any interactions with our services. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General information
Simu Store Kenya is a registered electronics retailer located at Kimathi House, 3rd Floor Shop 303, Nairobi CBD. We specialize in Apple products (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, AirPods), DJI cameras & microphones, Hollyland wireless audio, GoPro action cameras, and Insta360 cameras. 2. Product availability & pricing
All products displayed on our website and in-store are subject to availability. We strive to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.
Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price is fixed and will not be adjusted unless there is a clear error.
3. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation (email or SMS) does not constitute acceptance until we have verified stock and payment.
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-PESA (Lipa Na M-PESA Paybill/Buy Goods)
- Bank transfer (to our designated account)
- Cash on delivery (COD) – available for Nairobi and selected areas (subject to courier terms)
- Debit/Credit cards via our secure payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard)
Payment must be completed before order processing (except for COD, where payment is due upon delivery).
4. Shipping & delivery
Our shipping policy is outlined separately. In summary:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery times vary by location (1–7 business days).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package before accepting it.

5. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Change of mind returns accepted within 7 days (unused, original packaging, 15% restocking fee).
- Defective products covered by manufacturer warranties (1 year for most items, 6 months for accessories).
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
We do not accept returns on opened software, gift cards, or clearance items.
6. Warranty & after-sales support
All genuine products sold by Simu Store Kenya come with the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. We provide in-house technical support and can facilitate warranty claims on your behalf. However, final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer (Apple, DJI, Hollyland, GoPro, Insta360, etc.).
Extended warranty (e.g., AppleCare+) can be purchased separately for eligible products.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website – including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics – is the property of Simu Store Kenya or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent. Trademarks such as Apple, DJI, Hollyland, GoPro, and Insta360 are the property of their respective owners.
8. User conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Post false, misleading, or harmful information.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our website or business operations.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simu Store Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
⚠️ Important: We do not accept liability for data loss, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
